In this case, we heard from the customer that "the fluidity is worse than that of general fly ash," so the model we selected is the BD-20 type, which has a higher air volume than the standard. The customer contacted us during the trial operation, saying, "Isn't the effect of this equipment not very noticeable?" It was mentioned that it only drops with a significant impact when the air ON time is extended and the air pressure is increased. Upon checking the details, we found that the tubing distance from the air header to the blow disk was long, and a narrow tube was being used.
